Talks too much and does not listen or let the driver get the ability to speak. Calls out things that are of no consequence to the driver. Keeps changing speeds and slowing the driver and blocking lanes when unnecessary to do so. Tries to be boss and keeps inserting herself into conversations that are between the driver and the police escort. Does not do a good job.
