How does the system messages work?
<div>There is a lot to the message system here on Tandy Services.</div><div>Here is a list of some of the auto mailers:</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Members Birthday</span> = Only send to member by email. That day.</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Truck Lube or PM</span> = Sent to member and office once a week on a Sunday by email and text members. Starts from 1000 mile to past due. Once past due the system send emails and text twice a week<span style="font-style: italic;">(Wednesdays and Sundays)</span>.</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Truck and Trailer Documents</span> = Truck personal documents go to driver email plus text and office. The Fleet and Trailer only go to office. Email starts 30 days before expiring for every week notice. After expired twice a week. </div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Members Documents</span> = Sends a email and text to driver as well as office once a week for the last 30 days. After past expired then twice a week<span style="font-style: italic;">(Wednesdays and Sundays)</span>.</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Package Tracking</span> = Only sent to member email and text every day. If checked for Joule it will send an email letting them know.</div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Address Book Birthdays and </span><span data-itemtype="grid_field" data-itemid="grid_field" data-pageid="1" data-record-id="19" data-field="description" data-fieldname="description" data-default-width=""><span id="edit19_description"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Anniversary</span> = Only emailed to the member the day of.</span></span></div><div><span data-itemtype="grid_field" data-itemid="grid_field" data-pageid="1" data-record-id="19" data-field="description" data-fieldname="description" data-default-width=""><span id="edit19_description"><br></span></span></div><div><span data-itemtype="grid_field" data-itemid="grid_field" data-pageid="1" data-record-id="19" data-field="description" data-fieldname="description" data-default-width=""><span id="edit19_description"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Trip Sheet Loaded and Dropped</span> = Sends an email to dispatch with all information filled out with pictures.</span></span></div><div><span data-itemtype="grid_field" data-itemid="grid_field" data-pageid="1" data-record-id="19" data-field="description" data-fieldname="description" data-default-width=""><span id="edit19_description"><br></span></span></div><div><span data-itemtype="grid_field" data-itemid="grid_field" data-pageid="1" data-record-id="19" data-field="description" data-fieldname="description" data-default-width=""><span id="edit19_description"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Trip Sheet Complete</span> = Sends a email to payroll that the trip was completed.</span></span></div>
